Mercantile Make It Happen!

Make It Happen!

Mercantile Bank and Y101 want to recognize those people who make things happen.

If you know someone who goes above and beyond, nominate that person as someone

who can Make It Happen. Go to mercantilemakeithappen.com to fill out the nomination

form, and for contest rules. Each week, one winner gets $100.

Make sure you get your Make It Happen window sticker, available at all Mercantile Bank

locations, & put it on your car window. You could win $1500 for the non-profit organization

of your choice!

This group of ladies has created a non-for-profit organization called QUEST, that

rescues horses in need. A majority of the horses have either been abused or abandoned.

QUEST brings these horses back to life, and keeps them active and useful. Some of

the rescued horses even help provide weekly riding therapy to children with various

challenges and disabilities.

They devote countless hours a week, often away from their families, to care not only
for the horses, but for their students as well. Often, when donations are not available,
they keep their barn active and functional by using their own money to pay for feed,
supplies, and equipment. Since starting with nothing, QUEST now has a barn & pastures,
between 9-15 horses at a time, more than 15 students they impact weekly and a small
"staff" of volunteers.
